The distribution of tRNA genes of vertebrate genomes grouped by amino acid specificity and by the anticodon. Dog tRNA-LysCTT and Horse tRNA-GluCTC were not plotted in this graph as many of these predictions may have contained tRNA-like sequences present in repetitive elements.
