Domain structure of the receptor-like protein tyrosine phosphatase family. Variations in the extracellular domain structure separate the RPTP family of transmembrane proteins into five major classes (I-V). RPTPρ is a member of the type IIB subfamily of RPTPs that includes RPTPκ, μ and PCP-2.
