Phylogenetic trees of the SET domain sequences of the putative KMTs (A) and the JmjC domain sequences of the JHDMs (B). The SET domain sequences of the KMTs and the JmjC domain sequences of the JHDMs were aligned by Clustal W algorithm, and phylogenetic tree files were generated by MEGA 7.0 by the maximum-likelihood method and visualized by R software. The numbers at each branch point on the evolutionary trees represent the bootstrap values.
