GOslim results from cluster 8 reveal that muscle structure development occurs from 132 hours after egg laying (hAEL) onwards and cluster 12 reveals a peak in respiratory system development at 48 hAEL and from 132 hAEL onwards. Each timepoint shows mean values of biological replicates (n = 1350 eggs). Total mean values are depicted in black.
