The bars grouped furthest on the right represent the percentage of unmapped sequences as identified by BlobTool analysis. The number of taxonomic groups plotted in the BlobPlot is ‘7’ and remaining groups are binned into the category ‘Others’. Absence of a node at the taxonomic rank, bins the sequences into the ‘Undef’ category
