Using immunofluorescence experiments, the co-expression of TNFRSF13C and CD79A was observed in paraffin sections of tree shrew spleen, lymph nodes, and tonsils. CD79A, a B cell surface receptor expressed on the cell membrane, appears as red fluorescence in the images. TNFRSF13C, expressed on the cell membrane, appears as green fluorescence. The cell nuclei were stained with DAPI, appearing as blue fluorescence. After merging the fluorescence channels, areas of co-expression of CD79A and TNFRSF13C are shown as orange fluorescence
